The Stanford Family Weekend app is now available! Download it to:
- Build your personalized schedule*
- View the full event schedule and speaker details

How to Download the App
- Download the Stanford Alumni and Community Events app on your mobile device.
- Click the blue download button next to “Stanford Family Weekend 2026” under Upcoming Events.
- Explore the app and get ready for an unforgettable weekend!
*Login is only required if you choose to personalize your schedule or use community engagement features. If you or your guests wish to use these features, each person must be registered with a unique email address. Primary registrants can modify their registration to update guest email addresses if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Logging in is not required to use the app and access the schedule, map, and notifications. However, if you want to personalize your schedule, see the attendee list, or post to the discussions board, you must log in using the email registered for Family Weekend.
- Yes! Guests can download and use the app. However, personalizing schedules and using community engagement features requires a unique registered email address. If a guest wasn’t registered with their own email, the primary registrant can modify their registration using the link and number included in the confirmation email.
- Tap Log In on the app’s main menu.
- Enter the first name, last name, and email used for your Family Weekend registration. You will be emailed a verification code to enter. If you receive an error, double-check that the email matches the one used during registration and is a unique email address not used by another registrant or guest. If needed, the primary registrant can modify guest emails using their registration confirmation number.
- Once logged in, navigate to the schedule and hit the plus sign on the events you want to add.
- To view your personalized schedule, navigate to the schedule page and at the top select "My Schedule" to see all of the sessions you have added.
